Memphis, Tennessee – ZIPS Car Wash has launched the second episode of Season 3 of its series “Car Wash Convos™,” featuring Chandler Martin, a linebacker for the University of Memphis. This engaging interview took place during a car wash session at ZIPS, marking a unique blend of sports, entertainment, and local community involvement. The episode was released on November 7, 2024.
In this episode, hosted by Memphis Tigers in-arena host Sydney Neely, Martin answers a variety of light-hearted questions. Topics range from his favorite summer Olympic sport to his preferred Memphis air freshener scent. Martin also shares a personal touch by revealing what he keeps under his driver’s seat. The series is designed to provide fans with an insight into the personalities of student-athletes while they enjoy a car wash.

Chandler Martin is a notable figure in Memphis football. He graduated from the University of Memphis in May 2024 and is currently pursuing an MBA while still playing as a redshirt junior. He has received several accolades including being named the American Athletic Conference defensive player of the week three times this year. His prior achievements also include being a First-Team All-AAC honoree and a Freshman All-America player while at East Tennessee State University.
