This courageous one-year-old lab mix demonstrated an unbreakable spirit as she made a daring escape during a follow-up vet visit earlier in November.

From Vets to the Wild

While she was still healing, with staples in her leg and a cone of shame on her head, she took off running from the Bluff City Veterinarian Specialists. Can you imagine? After being found living under a house in Mississippi, which was a bit too far from home, rescuers discovered that Bailey had a new injury: a broken and infected leg. Experts suspect that a car or some heavy object might have caused it, but thankfully, she’s now safe and receiving the care she needs.
