Benjamyn Elliott, a diligent second-year law student at the University of Memphis, has been conferred with the prestigious Benjamin L. Hooks Law Scholarship. The scholarship honors the late judge and civil rights leader, Benjamin L. Hooks. The scholarship award from Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs law firm will aid Elliott in covering his tuition and related expenses. Elliott has the distinction of being the fifth recipient of this highly respected scholarship.
